Ryan Turpin rocks! He was friendly, personable, informative, helpful and an absolute joy to work with. He spent a lot of time during the walk-throughs going over all the important details. I felt comfortable asking questions. I found him to be the most helpful person I came in contact with during the buying/construction process.
